This farming system is made up of a community committed to the environment, the planting of chemical-free products and the proper use of natural resources.

It prioritizes ancestral Mayan agriculture to preserve our traditions and strengthen the culinary heritage of our state, cultivating various typical plants of the region. It is self-sustaining.

Environmental Education. Guided tours are held for school groups and individuals using a map that shows the variety of crops in the region. It includes planting trees within the farm in a reforestation program. We have an area to rest and eat.


Gastronomy: Some of the products grown, such as spices, vegetables and fruits, are used in the edible delicacies offered by the restaurant.


Health: In our garden we have aromatic and balsamic vegetables that are used in temazcal ceremonies and massages.

Gastronomy:

Some of the products grown, such as vegetables, fruits and spices, are harvested to be included in the Yucatecan Gastronomic Sample offered at the restaurant.

Many of our varieties include aromatic plants that are used in temazcal ceremonies and massages.
